this is a blog about the portland timbers fc. it is composed by few know-it-alls, who, by all accounts, like each other and consider themselves friends. they also like soccer.

you will likely see references to music, cars, food, pop-culture in our discussions of the timbers, timbers players, timbers matches, and timbers opponents. the point of this blog is to give not just a supporter's perspective of the timbers, but an informed looked at the portland timbers that is different from news oriented blogs but remains smart and informed, well written, and fun. it is as if you were allowed to sit in on one of our many conversations over curry, at the bar, or during the match.
